It warns of closure for flood defence work between 8am Monday, 4 April 2022 and 23.59 Tuesday, 4 October 2022. But what do "junction with Public Right of Way 26/4/10" and "junction Public Right of Way 27.1.10" mean or refer to? A map/photos would be practical. Context: #176152.
